How nice to have a new Christmas story out! We need some good uplifting stories this year for sure.
Good morning, Kayelle, and friends of Romance Lives Forever. I appreciate being able to talk about my new book today and all of you. Have a loverly Monday. VB
Thank you, Kayelle. I love writing short stories and especially ones about Christmas!
Can’t wait to get this book!
P.S. I LOVE fruitcake!
Hi, Liese! I’ve always liked this picture of you. Fun!!! I love fruitcake too. I have two in my freezer and I think I’ll cut into cubes and dip in chocolate for a treat on Thanksgiving. ox
HI Vicki–YOU are an avid Jazzerciser? Me too! I started back in 1984, when a dentist advised me to get a mouth-guard because I was grinding my teeth to nubs. I told him I was a newlywed and I didn’t want my husband to roll over and think he’d married a prize-fighter! I asked if I could do anything else. He said to start an exercise program. I HATE running–doing machines, all that stuff. But I LOVE to dance, and my husband doesn’t, so I don’t get to dance with him unless we’re at a family wedding and I can feed him enough alcohol! So I was glad to find I could dance for an hour a day, and it gave me more energy and helped keep me in shape–(well, not really–not after 4 kids in 5 years, and plenty of baking over the next 30 years. What is it they say? I am in shape. Round is a shape. LOL.)
Chocolate dipped fruitcake. In small cubes, maybe :) I have had fruitcake made with orange candy slices and it’s amazing. And I’m with Fiona on the shape. lol
Admitting this will age me–I started Jazzercise in 1982. LOL. I was a newlywed and a class began at the rec center minutes from my house. I have so many good friends from Jazzercise. I’ve been on Jazzercise on Demand website and doing a lot of strength classes. Wow what a change. Yeah!!!!
Fruitcake is AMAZING when dipped in chocolate, like candy. LOL
Thank you, Kayelle, for hostessing me. And for eveyone – Happy Fruitcake!
