Cooper must protect Emma, race against time to hold the Liners’s back from taking over his city and together they must face down their past and the demons that came in their wake.

Why did you write this book?
As I was cleaning one Saturday And So It Goes by Billy Joel came on my Pandora. The song made me pause and think about what it must be like to suffer real, deep loss. And from those thoughts Cooper and Emma emerged. I ended up writing the first thirty pages to their story that weekend. Apparently they had been waiting around for me to tell their tale.
What is your favorite genre to read?
Romantic suspense, of course!
Who is your favorite character from fiction (not including your own)?
Anne Shirley. I love her spunk, her ceaseless wonder of the world and her perspective.
What are you working on at the moment?
I am finishing up book four in this series and have also begun a third series that is Romantic suspense/military.
What books will we see from you in coming months?

In college I convinced them to let me join the study abroad program to Seville, Spain. None of us knew how that decision would change our lives forever.How do you dress?I tend to like the classic style, meaning 50’s and 60’s. I like high waisted skirts and ballet flats with skinny jeans. It makes me feel super feminine.How do others perceive you based upon looks, and is this assumption accurate?That I am delicate or fragile. Perhaps at one time it was an accurate assumption. It isn’t anymore.If someone from your past showed up, who would you most NOT want it to be, and why?The exact person who did show up recently, Dardan Kotta. Why did you write this book?This novel is the second in a series. The main characters, Patrick Kane and Madison Lockwood are introduced in the first novel. Their story is very different from Seduction in Sierra Leone, but all the suspense, sexiness, and love are all there!What is your favorite genre to read?It actually varies depending on my mood. But I have an entire book case dedicated to Historical Non-Fiction and Biographies. So totally different from Romantic Suspense obviously!Who is your favorite character from fiction (not including your own)?Anne Shirley, without a doubt. I love her spunk. And I like to think that I have it, too!What are you working on at the moment, and will see from you in coming months?The third novel in this series, Seduction in Scotland will be released on August 1st. I also just finished a manuscript for a new series tentatively titled A Second Chance Series. I am really excited about both of these novels. A spin-off of The Men of FTI is in the works as well. The series is titled Interitus and follows a group of military men who are part of a secret “peace making group”.Please tell us about your latest book.
