    Top Chatters for the Month

    RLF Top Chatter

Because the person who gets the most comments in a month is not always the
person who gets the most page views per month, I instituted the Top Chatter Award.
This is the award for the person who receives the most comments. It goes to the
top three people in that category. To win, a guest must have five or more comments
    (not counting the guest author’s).

Luanna Stewart author of Portrait of a Girl @Luanna_Stewart #RLFblog #romantic suspense

Luanna Stewart author of Portrait of a Girl answers five easy
questions to help readers get to know her better.
    Author Bio
    Luanna
Stewart has been creating adventures for her imaginary friends since childhood.
As soon as she discovered her grandmother’s stash of romance novels, all plots
had to lead to a happily-ever-after.
    Born
and raised in Nova Scotia, Luanna now lives in Maine with her dear husband, two
college boys and two cats. When she’s not torturing her heroes and heroines,
she’s in her kitchen baking something delicious.
    Writing
under the pen name Grace Hood, she has two novellas published with The Wild
Rose Press. She is excited to have a book published under her own name with
    Entangled Publishing.
    What’s your favorite
    down-home family style meal?
Roast chicken, mashed potatoes, sweet potato casserole (the kind with
a streusel topping), roasted Brussels sprouts, and gravy. Chocolate cake for
    dessert.
    What is your go-to meal
    when you dine out?
If I got to choose the cuisine, it would be Italian. I would get
either a vodka cream sauce, or a mushroom cream sauce over pasta, a green salad
with the house vinaigrette, and I’d dip my crusty bread in olive oil. I would
have wine with dinner, and a limoncello liqueur afterward. I would also have
dessert, because I always eat dessert, hehe.
    Describe the perfect
    vacation.
The vacation I’m dreaming about, and saving for, is a trip to
Scotland. I’ll rent a cottage in the highlands for a couple weeks and immerse
myself in the culture. I’ll visit the area my ancestors hailed from and
sprinkle a pinch of my dad’s ashes there.
    What are your hobbies?
My current #1 hobby is knitting. I learned to knit as a child and
dabbled now and then, but got serious about it within the past ten years. Everyone
in my family gets something hand knit for Christmas. And I’m building a good
collection of sweaters, socks, and shawls for me. When I sit down in front of
the TV in the evenings, I pick up my knitting.
Before the knitting, I was mad about counted cross stitch. And yes,
everyone in my family got something cross stitched for Christmas, hehe.
    When you read for
pleasure, what kind of books do you choose?
Sometimes I’m in the mood for mysteries – British set, cozy style are
my favorites. Other times I prefer a nice, thick, historical romance that
whisks me away to a time when ladies wore gloves and changed their gowns a few
times a day, and men knew how to waltz.

    Tony Simons is on the
trail of an art theft cold case that’s practically giving him frostbite. He’s
