Julian Ashford is a battle-hardened soldier, so he drinks with his fellow soldiers.

He’s definitely a meat man.

Although used to formal attire, he prefers functional clothes with ease of movement.

His upbringing was one of servants and privilege, but life and the army taught him to be self-sufficient.

He’s been ordered back to the place he’d sworn to never return, and he comes face to face with a daughter he didn’t know existed. Demanding the truth from her mother, the woman he’d loved and lost, went badly, very badly.

How does he act around children he doesn’t know?

Cautious but beneath his hard exterior lies a real softie.

What is he like first thing in the morning?

Alert, army training does that – and this undercover mission is proving more deadly than he thought. He need eyes in the back of his head.

How does he handle things when in a “proper” social situation?

Very well, he was born into an aristocratic family.

Takes care of himself.
