Discover Authors and Books #RLFblog #authors #books @kayelleallenThe banner on Romance Lives Forever says, “Discover Authors and Books with Kayelle Allen” and this is the second blog where that has appeared. Today’s post is the first official “new” article on the second. The first blog was on our origin site on Blogspot. I pledge to continue helping readers find good authors and good books, in that order.

Discover Authors and Books

To discover an author one can enjoy reading takes time. I’ve sampled books on Amazon, joined sites that promise sales and freebies, spent time cruising around booksellers, bookstores, and talked to friends. I read. I read every single day. I am always on the lookout for an awesome new book. So believe me, I am serious when it comes to helping you discover authors and books on this site.

To discover a book, one must know the genre. On this site, a drop down menu allows readers to immediately find books by their genre and/or subgenre. Click Romance in the menu and subgenres drop down. Point to each to see if there are subgenres below those (for example, Romance>Military>SEALs). Look under Science Fiction and you’ll find Immortals, Science Fiction Romance, and Time Travel. There are other subgenres as well. Poke through the menus to discover more. Whatever you like to read, if RLFblog doesn’t have it yet, we likely will. Leave a note in the comments about what you’d like to see.

Authors, speaking as one of the breed, I want you to feel at home here. I pledge to do my best to make it easy for you to share your books and stories. If you have questions or issues, just email me. I’ll get back to you ASAP. Get downloads, check the schedule, or sign up for a new spot by clicking the “Guests + About RLF” menu. There’s a simple privacy policy listed and a note about how we use cookies under the “Privacy and Disclosure” menu. My hero, Pietas, has a few choice words to say about the uselessness of cookies and all the warnings we offer about them. He’s not what you’d call famous for his sense of humor (after all, he is known as the Bringer of Chaos) but I have to say he pulled out all the stops on a deadpan delivery for this one.

Now, I’ll get out of the way and let you start discovering. Enter the name of a genre, author, or book in the search box (upper left corner) and see what comes up. Cruise through the site and check out the author and character interviews. If you’re an author, go to the FAQ page and see how easy it is to sign up (you can pick your own dates) and begin sharing your books here.

If you’re new, welcome! If you’re a previous follower, welcome back!
