Valentine’s Day is here, which means many of us are thinking about love, romance and the best way to say those three special words to those who mean the most to us. Of course, it’s a good idea to tell our loved ones how we feel not just on Valentine’s Day, but on any day throughout the year. And while an sparkly gift or elaborate display of fanciness is sometimes nice to receive, let’s not forget that there are several inexpensive or free ways to show someone we care.
Here are twenty ways to say I love you s– not just for your significant other; don’t forget your friends, family members, coworkers and more.

1 Put a note in your kid’s lunch box telling them how awesome they are.

2 Leave a sexy note on the steering wheel in your husband’s car.

3 Buy your teen’s favorite candy bar and leave it in the fridge with a sweet note.

4 Buy coffee for your boss.

5 Run a hot bubble bath for your mom and add lavender bath oil.

6 Stop by your sister’s house and prepare a meal for her family before heading home.

7 Take care of your friend’s kids so she can go to the nail salon.

8 Pick up your grandkids for a sleepover at your house, so your son or daughter can go out for date night.

9 Clear the snow from your dad’s car before he leaves for work.
