Please provide a physical description of yourself.

Tall, slender, long thick straight black hair that falls nearly to my waist. I usually wear it in a long braid hanging down my back. High cheek bones, full lips (at least that what Caden claims) and bronze skin.

Please tell us a little about yourself. I attended Harvard Law School to the chagrin of my grandfather. He’s or was the shaman for our tribe. I had an independent streak a mile wide and wanted to spread my wings off the reservation. As it turns out, my destiny was right here helping my people. Which is how and why I became a Bureau of Indian Affairs Agent assigned to Wyoming’s Wind River Valley. After my grandfather passed on, I took his place as shaman and on the tribal council which didn’t set well with the younger men of the tribe. Times they are a changing which nearly cost me my life.

Who is the significant other in your life?

Caden Silverwind. He’s a warrior angel. But that’s a story for another time. Maybe you should read to book to find out. <wink>

If you haven’t made a bucket list before, perhaps now would be a good time. Who knows? It might inspire another book. While you’re at it, how about telling us about some of your other favorite things? Here are the questions.

What is your birth order? I am the older twin. I have a twin brother. We were estranged for a long time. I managed to keep this a secret from the author for quite a while. LOL

Tell us about your favorite toy as a child. A stuffed eagle my spirit animal. I used to carry it around insisting it could fly. Which it couldn’t, but it helped me understand visions that I tried to deny. I was a difficult child.

Describe your favorite food and how it’s prepared.

Decadent cocoa pie with meringue topping. Yum!

Tell us about your best friend.

Chinoah – We’ve been friends since we could walk. My grandfather dubbed us the trouble twins with good reason. LOL

What are two places you would like to visit before you die, and why?

Niagara Falls and tour the United States in an RV. This is a great land and I’ve seen so very little of it.

Where is a place you would never like to return, and why?

The plot of land in Colorado where I was attacked by my own people. Not that my people are bad, just one that let evil spirits lead him. Other’s made bad choices, but you have those types wherever you go. Don’t you?

Who is someone you would like to meet, and why?

That’s a tough one. I’d like to meet the original government council that set up the reservations and put my people on them. I’d like to know their reasoning. History paints an ugly picture, I’d like to know if it was true and given the outcome, if they’d done anything differently.

Who is someone you would like to avoid, and why?

The man who tried to take my birthright away. He was a vicious manipulator. He did unauthorized things with the tribe’s power given to him.

If you could time travel to any date, what would it be, and what would you do there?

I’d like to go back in time before my grandfather died. Tell him he was right and I’ve made my peace with my destiny. I also wish I’d spent more time with him, learned the old ways from him. But I know he’s proud of me.

What was your biggest challenge in writing this book?

 

 

Why did you choose this character for the interview today? Her strong spirit and fearlessness. She guided this story and kept the other character’s in line as much as possible. There are a cast of strong willed characters in An Angel’s Unintentional Entanglement.

 

 

When writing the book, what did you discover about this character that surprised you? That she had a twin brother. Didn’t see that coming.

 

 

Are any sequels planned for this book? An Angel’s Unintentional Entanglement is the fourth book in A Demon’s Witch Series. A Magic Redemption was released in December of 2018 and I’m working on the sixth book in the series as we speak. All the books in the series are can be read as stand alones.

 

 

What genre(s) would you like to write that you haven’t tried yet? I have a cozy mystery series simmering. I hope to bring it to fruition in the near future.

 

 

Is there anything you’d like to say to your readers? You are the reason I write my stories. I am so thankful for your support and continued reading of my books. For you, I want to create a memorable love story with spice and adventure. Characters that will grab hold of your heart and hang on long after you’ve read the last word and closed the book with a satisfied sigh. Nothing feels better to a writer than to have readers clamoring for the next book. It makes my heart soar. Thank you all so much!
